I keep to my „renew“ healthy lifestyle because of no pain, no gain (in Czech: Bez práce nejsou koláče.). Besides, I like it no matter how much my muscles hurt.
As you all probably know the breakfast is by far the most important food of all day. How we set up our body in the morning, taking up the fuel, then we will keep going through all day without the decline of the sugar in our blood. I shot my today§s breakfast. Haha, it looks like a bit liquid crazy breakfast – the Herbalife tea, F1 free gluten and lactose and of course, the pure water. The apple is the cheery on the cake 🙂
And the afternoon finally is coming 🙂 I can dance so much 🙂 I apologise for the bad quality of the pictures (it is a timer with bad lightening).
And my favourite Aysha again. Unfortunately, there is still so hot weather in Malta so that I cannot take the picture without slipping down so quickly.
Three days ago (in the first Herbalife article) I mentioned that I joined the Plank challenge and I am going on. I am not still satisfied with my 5 minutes plank. Moreover, I am sort of bored during this time. For this reason, I made up the new kind of plank 🙂 as you can see in the pictures below.
