I came across new activity here that I immediately fall in love. It is a TRX training. You can read about this kind of exercise more here. I consider this activity as good complementary sport to pole dance (I am able to enhance my core muscles and even the balance stability).
And what’s more, I can so it outside. I borrowed the TRX rope from my Czech friend here and used the swing in the children playground for my workout. As you can see in the first picture.
I don’t know so many tricks and exercises but as time will be passing I would e probably able to set up my own training. Now I take the friend’s pieces of advice.
Although I go training in the evening I sweat so much. It looks like as I had a training in the sea :-))
